At Camp Vibes Rental Company, we strive to make your camping experience safe, enjoyable, and stress-free. To ensure every guest has a smooth trip, please review the following policies before booking.
1. Minimum Rental Age
- The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking.
- A valid government-issued driver’s license is required at pickup.
- The individual listed on the reservation must be present at pickup and is responsible for the unit for the duration of the rental.
2. Pickup & Return
- Check-In / Pickup: Standard pickup begins at 4:00 PM EST. Early pickup may be available as an add-on.
- Check-Out / Return: Units must be returned by 12:00 PM EST. Late drop-off may be available as an add-on.
- Delivery / Setup: If delivery and setup are selected, timing will vary based on driver availability. A valid delivery address must be provided prior to selecting this option. Units must be vacated and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
3. Black & Gray Tank Policy
- Campers must be returned with black and gray tanks emptied.
- If tanks are not emptied at return, a $100 tank service fee will apply.
- This ensures a clean and sanitary experience for all guests.
4. Cleaning & Interior Care
- Units are delivered cleaned and sanitized.
- Guests are expected to leave the unit in similar condition: remove trash, wash dishes, and tidy interior surfaces.
- Basic disposable dining items (plates, bowls, cups, utensils) and limited cookware are provided for convenience.
5. Awning & Outdoor Equipment
- For safety and reliability, the factory RV awning is secured and not available for guest use. RV awnings are highly susceptible to wind damage, which can interrupt trips.
- Each rental includes a 10×10 outdoor canopy to provide shaded outdoor space and flexible campsite setup.
6. Towing & Setup Requirements
- Units are towable by many mid-size SUVs and light-duty trucks; guests must verify their vehicle’s towing capacity prior to booking.
- A 7-pin connector and brake controller are required for towing.
- A hitch is available upon request.
7. Safety & Responsibility
- Guests agree to operate the camper safely and in accordance with all campground rules and local laws.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
- Camp Vibes Rental Company reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if towing requirements, driver eligibility, or safety conditions are not met.
